Jarrod Bragga and the Acute Roofing team took on a complex job for us — replacing a pitched shingle roof and a flat TPO roof on our house plus a pitched shingle roof on our garage, as well as replacing rotten lumber around windows. He was upfront from the beginning that there might be additional charges depending on what they found, which there were, so there were no surprises. That kind of transparency matters. The work was completed quickly, the quality was great, and they cleaned up well afterwards.

How do I know if I need a roof replacement vs. a repair?
If your roof is under 15–20 years old with isolated damage, a targeted repair usually makes sense. If shingles are curling, balding, or missing across multiple areas, or if it's nearing the end of its rated life, a full replacement is more cost-effective.
